What does MiRide offer?
Transit Videos
MiRide adheres to an upload schedule on YouTube, releasing transit videos every four days under normal circumstances.Standard resolutions range from 1080p60 to 2160p60 (4K), with newer content being recorded in the latter.Standard content can range from ride videos, engine ignitions, walkarounds, and/or visual sightings.
Photography
MiRide photography does not only cover Canadian public transit, but also American public transit! Photos taken on behalf of MiRide are uploaded onto the Greeism Flickr account.These photos are not open domain. Written permission must be obtained through FlickrMail, the Canadian Public Transit Discussion Board (CPTDB), or UrbanToronto should one wish to use photos from the MiRide library.
Variety in Agencies
With a commitment to promote other transit agencies, MiRide has made an effort to explore explore many cities and towns across the Canadian provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, and Québec.Currently, 35 transit agencies and museums have been documented, with more to be added to the MiRide list in the future!
Quality & Consistency
MiRide follows strict guidelines to ensure that each video and photo maintain consistent quality, allowing for everyone to enjoy MiRide content, old or new!As part of this promise, different Point-Of-View (POV) angles and shots may be experimented with to determine what's best for MiRide going forward.

MiWay Progress Tracker
MiRide aims to document MiWay to the best of its ability, ranging from videos covering every active MiWay route, to photographing every revenue unit in service as of current.NOTE:

MiRide Transit Collection

The MiRide Transit Collection is an ever-growing archive of international public transit memorabilia primarily focused on North American public transit. The first phase was released to the public on April 18th, 2026.The start of the collection was initiated in 2022. The archive was officially named in 2025 as part of many ambitious goals planned for the MiRide brand. The long-term goal for this archive is to curate items and provide users an easy, accessible way to learn about various transit memorabilia that isn’t otherwise publicly shown elsewhere online.NOTE:

Meet the person running MiRide
Hi, I'm Jennifer! I am a non-binary transit enthusiast currently in my 20s.I was born in Toronto and I have been a transit enthusiast ever since I was little, having had one of my first subway rides on my all-time favorite train, the Hawker Siddeley H5. Since 2022, after lockdown restrictions were lifted, I have since been making an effort to travel around the province to experience public transit.Like other enthusiasts, I too have my own collection of public transit memorabilia! I maintain an online archive called the MiRide Transit Collection, featuring HUNDREDS of transit items! Many are still being curated, but you can have a look at what's online currently above.Equipment Timeline:
